so awhile back i asked the blogosphere how do i fetch an extra ballot from the prez election? i got the perfect suggestion: register absentee, keep ballot, go in and vote like normal. i did this and it worked great...my extra official state of illinois 10x30" long ballot is now float mounted in a white frame with 5 inches of space around the whole ballot. this ready-made piece will go into the self portrait as an artist series. for now, the piece is hanging in my hallway still giving off good karma...
